Cat Cup Care
Each and every Cat Cup is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using lead-free glaze and food safe materials. We highly recommend treating them with gentle care, through hand washing. With loving care, your pieces will endure and bring joy for years to come ♡
Custom Orders
At this moment, we have temporarily paused accepting custom orders. If there comes a time when we resume accepting them, we will make an official announcement on our Instagram account to keep you informed. Please stay tuned for any updates regarding the availability of custom orders.

Delivery Times
Packages are shipped by USPS within 7 business days. Please allow 2 weeks for your pieces to arrive. You will receive an email with a tracking number and other relevant information once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
Currently we ship within US only. Due to the weight of the ceramic pieces, international shipping fee can be costly. If you come across the piece in our Boutique and wish to have it shipped internationally, please feel free to reach out to us via email.
Damaged Package
We take great care in ensuring the secure packaging of your order. However, we understand that accidents can occur during the shipping process. If such an incident happens, we kindly request that you photograph the broken pieces, along with the box and packaging materials, and keep them until the case is resolved. Please contact us with photographs within 48hours of receiving.
Lost & Stolen Package
Once the package is dropped off at the Post office, we no longer have direct control over its journey. If the package goes missing or is stolen, please contact USPS with your shipping information for immediate assistance. We also encourage you to inform us, as we are here to support you throughout the process.
Shipping & Handling fee
Shipping and handling fee is calculated at $15 per piece. If you order multiple items, we’ll refund any overcharged fees.

Kindly be aware that cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of your purchase. If you have any inquiries or concerns, please feel free to contact us before making your purchase.
